Amazon Alexa answers questions from EnergyAustralia customers

EnergyAustralia customers can now check and manage their EnergyAustralia electricity and gas accounts with Amazon Alexa.

Currently customers are able to keep track of their bill and when it is due with a simple voice command. Over time we will add services, such as the ability to call up data on how much energy a household is using and when, all of which will help customers better manage their energy consumption.
